# Job Management

Management of our work is structure around a simple four digit job number which initiated at Job No. 1000.

#### **Job Numbers​**

This job number is used to manage the capturing of time, invoice, Teams channel management and previous jobs.​

#### **Job Lifecycle​**

There are four phases of any job.  The effort and breadth of each phase will vary largely with the work, scale and client.  Simple tools are available to support each phase.​

Energy is usually high for the first three phases.  A high quality “Close Out” phase is where we can learn and improve with each Job as well as capture important information to secure future work.  Two important tasks for Close Out are the Job Close Out Template and the Work Summaries.​
