# Good Practice
Enable adopts good practice following the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) model for the consistent delivery of quality work.

| **Check** | **Reconcile and Risk Assess** | All modelling and scheduling process require management of 10's even 100's of variables. Mistakes are often made. It is critical to use reconciliation tools to ensure no material issues are included. Reconciliation should be against the previous models or schedules or other bases eg. mine schedule against reserve block model.
The robustness of the plan also needs to be tested. Risk assessment techniques are useful as is critical path stress testing.
