| 2    | After you receive an email saying that your account has been approved, log into the Client Portal and download the latest Deswik.Suite installation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            |

| 16   | Ensure you tick the “Enabled” tickbox under Settings \| Idle Timeout Settings and set to 20 minutes for “Idle Period” so that you aren't consuming and paying for licenses unnecessarily whilst you're not actively using the software. Also right-click on the server and “Edit Server Details” and tick or tick off “Enabled” depending on whether you’re using the software. |
